Leadership to Bridge Divides

Responsible leaders from across the world are being asked by their stakeholders, what actions they are taking to overcome barriers to equity and inclusion in their workplaces, societies and communities. How can leaders be responsible agents of change who authentically embrace equity and inclusion? What are the current challenges and opportunities to drive change? The aim of the programme is to explore current challenges and opportunities for leaders having to navigate an increasingly complex and polarized world. The programme is relevant for leaders from the private and the public sector and aims to unlock understanding of key issues, and actions needed. In partnership with the University of Virginia’s Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy Foundation, The Forum of Young Global Leaders invites you to participate in a custom-built education module on Leadership for Equity & Inclusion.
